Joelle has been great in coming out and demonstrating equipment to my members every time we’ve replaced equipment. She has provided me with the type of service and attention that makes me feel more like a friend then a customer. My members are very happy with the functionality and the personal climate controls available on these units.

3 year parts and labor warranties are a must for my equipment purchases as I am changing out my cardio equipment every fourth year, one facility per year, in a rotation. Working with Marcela, and her team, at American Fitness Services has been a welcome change from our previous repair vendor. They are quick to respond to our repair requests and keep us up to date on progress.
